Missy Thomas

Missy is President of Benefits of Choice. She was a nurse for 16 years, working in the hospital setting then focusing on long-term care before she turned to the Insurance Industry in February 2000. After a 10 year career with a Fortune 500 company specializing in supplemental worksite benefits, Missy decided to expand her product offering with different carriers and adding Health Insurance, Group products and Flexible Spending Accounts. In addition to being an insurance broker, Missy is on the Board of Directors of Bell Socialization Services.

Jessica Harmon

Our Office Administrator for Benefits of Choice is Jessica. She rejoined the team in June 2023, after working with Missy more than 20 years ago and pursuing her interest in Human Resources. Jess is responsible for Claims Administration, Onboarding and Offboarding, and Individual Health Insurance.

Barbara Branham

Barb collaborates with Benefits of Choice to provide Life Insurance. WIth prior experience in the Mortgage Industry, Barb brings a diverse background that brings a distinctive viewpoint to her role.
