Benefits of Choice will help Individuals and families during the annual open enrollment for January 1st and those that find themselves without insurance after a qualifying event such as losing a job, death, divorce, lay-off. We can help you navigate the Federal Marketplace and talk you through the plans, helping you decide what is the best coverage for you and your family. We can enroll directly with the Individual carriers. If, due to cost, a traditional carrier is not a feasible option, we can refer to non-traditional options to be sure you are protected if a Health crisis occurs.
The Health Insurance open enrollment begins November 1st and ends December 15th for a January 1st effective date and December 16th to January 15th for a February 1st effective date. You may only enroll within the open enrollment or if you have a Special Enrollment Period (lose coverage from your employer or dependent, loss of eligibility for CHIP or Medicaid, etc.).
